1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You must sign in using a valid Gmail account.
• You agree not to exploit or manipulate the voting system (e.g., using fake accounts or bots).

2. Voting System

• Each vote may be tied to a payment via e-wallet (e.g., GCash, QR Ph).
• Votes are only considered valid once payment is confirmed.
• Votes are non-refundable.

3. Payment and Refunds

• You agree to provide accurate transaction details for vote validation.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges, which must be reported within 24 hours.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack, damage, or reverse-engineer the app
• Harass or impersonate other users or pageant participants

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including logos, voting interface, and event branding, are owned by SKLoud SDS or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce without permission.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from app use, vote loss, or payment issues beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
